Fix/globo configure

This merge will port all the globo-configure update to the main.

  • Automatic script creation with the globo_configure.sh script
  • Vertical resolution support (the user can chose from different resolution directly from compilation scripts)
  • Fix the wrong naming for coarse resolution (KM112 -> KM156)
  • Complete support for tintin and g100 (need to verify it with clean installation)
  • New Initial Conditions and Boundary conditions package should be issued once and uploaded on wilma (this version it is no longer backward compatible with the IC and BC files, i.e. all the geo and init files are now renamed)
