Using TSI CMIP6 in ecrad

Similarly to what done for the GHGs gases, we export within ecrad the Total Solar Irradiance read from CMIP6 files. Interestingly, we noticed with @fabiano that the value defined as default in ecrad is 1366 W/m2, while CMIP6 uses 1361 W/m2. We suspect this is simply because uses more recent estimates, but the impact on the model has to be verified!
